Questionnaire Instructions

 

Please read each statement and provide the answer you believe is correct. You must achieve an overall correct percentage (80%) of the questions to pass the induction. Once you have completed the induction you will be informed if you have passed. You will then be asked to enter your details and email address. The induction should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

NO E-MAIL CERTIFICATES
Once you have completed the questionnaire you will be given an ID number. Simply record, print or screenshot the number and remember to have it present on you at all times at CIV shows.

 

At each gate exhibitors and their employees will be requested to produce the evidence of completion, failure to do so will result in access being denied.
